Virtual Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

6-week program connects you with an Cardiac Exercise Physiologist via telephone to help you learn more about your heart condition, exercising safely, eating well, managing stress & taking medications in an effort to improve your overall health and quality of life

Phone Calls:  Intake Assessment,  Week 1, Week 2, Week 4, Final Assessment $125 

Home Program

Same as above 6-week program plus IN PERSON Intake Fitness Assessment and IN PERSON Final Fitness Assessment with phone call follow up in between

IN PERSON Intake Assessment including Fitness Assessment, Weeks 1,2,4 phone calls, IN PERSON final assessment $225

FOR IN PERSON VISITS:To help protect our people, patients, and community we are taking precautions laid out by Interior Health consultants, medical officers and the COVID-19 guidelines from the BC Centre for Disease Control. Our safety plan involves:

  • All participants will be screened for COVID-19 before entering building
  • High risk or immune compromised individuals will not be recommended to attend at this time
  • Individual health history and program options will be reviewed and appropriate program options presented
  • All staff will be wearing PPE
  • Participants are not required to wear face masks but recommended to
  • Equipment, surfaces will be cleaned frequently and between uses
  • Participants will be spaced apart greater than 2 metres
  • Opportunity for frequent hand hygiene with sanitizer, soap & water will be provided
