The Central Okanagan Association for Cardiac Health is a non-profit society dedicated to the provision of evidence-based practice, prevention, management and rehabilitation of heart disease. We promote healthy behaviour change by supporting and educating individuals and families to manage their cardiovascular risk factors and achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Virtual Cardiac Education Program is offered weekly via webinar so that you can access the LIVE class on your desktop or tablet or mobile device at home. The Cardiac Education Program focuses on cardiac risk factors, healthy eating, exercise guidelines, goal setting, stress and relaxation and understanding your medications.

ATTENTION:  C.O.A.C.H. doors continue to be open to deliver an adapted selection of in person Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR) services.  To help protect our people, patients, and community we are taking precautions laid out by Interior Health consultants, C.O.A.C.H. medical officers and the COVID-19 guidelines from the BC Centre for Disease Control.
